Richard “Brett” Fuller is a lifelong baseball enthusiast, coach, and sports executive. In 2012, he and his father acquired the Luray Wranglers, later relocating the team to become the Charles Town Cannons and eventually the Purcellville Cannons, where Fuller serves as Chairman and President. A West Virginia University graduate in Sports Management, Fuller holds multiple coaching certifications and has over a decade of high school coaching experience. He is also a business owner, founding Big Daddy Automotive in 1998. Fuller earned the 2014 Maynard “Mo” Weber Manager of the Year award and led the Cannons to a historic playoff appearance in 2016.
Ridge Fuller is the General Manager and Third Base Coach of the Purcellville Cannons. A Hampden-Sydney College graduate, he now helps lead one of the league’s top programs.
Ridge also serves on the Cannons’ Board of Directors and is Vice President at Banshee Motorcars. He lives in Frederick County, VA, with his wife and two children, balancing family life with a deep passion for baseball.
Doug Walker is baseball through and through. A lifelong supporter and leader in youth and amateur baseball, he has managed or coached over 24 youth teams, including a 2009 Babe Ruth Virginia state championship. Doug serves as Asst Coach & Board Member of the Cannons. When not on the field, Doug is a Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch in Reston, Virginia.
Coach Sing has been a trusted mentor to Cannons Chairman & Manager Brett Fuller for over 40 years. He once coached Fuller and later hired him to lead Clarke County High School's baseball team. As CCHS’s athletic director, Jim led the school to three straight Wachovia Championships and guided the baseball team to its first state tournament. Coach Sing leads the enthusiastic crew of interns that bring us the best game day experience in all of the Valley Baseball League.
Justin joins the Cannons coaching staff after years of supporting the team including coordinating host families alongside his wife, Jill. With extensive experience coaching youth, travel, and high school baseball, he now takes the next step in his coaching career by bringing his knowledge and passion to the collegiate level.
Joey has been in the Strength & Conditioning Field since 2011 – he started when he interned with Longwood University's department for 2 and a half years. Burr Strength was created in February 2015 and from that point, he was training both athletes as well as members who wanted to become a better them.
After training out of multiple facilities, he opened up Burr Strength and Performance in November 2017 – a fully equipped facility that trains athletes of all ages as well as those who want functional fitness and a unique approach found only at BS&P.
